Jane and Henry are a young couple from the Midwest who are hired to manage The Drake, a luxurious apartment building located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. However, they soon discover that things are not exactly what they seem. Residents seem to come and go very mysteriously, and the building owners Gavin and Olivia Doran seem to be very active in their tenants' lives. As Jane and Henry explore the building, they uncover the shocking truth behind its origins, while the other residents deliberate the prices they are willing to pay to achieve happiness.
